We do not track you
There is no analytics on this website. No Google Analytics, no pixel, no heatmap,
no cookie banner, because there are no cookies to warn you about. We genuinely do
not know how many people read this page, which is either admirably principled or
a bit silly, depending on your view.
Your details
We do not collect anything
There is no login, no account, no comments box and no contact form. We have
nowhere to put your details even if we wanted them.
Your browser
It remembers one thing
If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own
browser so the site does not forget it on the next page. It never leaves your
device and we cannot see it. Clear your browser data and it is gone.
Other companies
Other people's boxes on our pages
A few things here are served by other companies, so your browser talks to them
directly. They see your IP address. We do not.
Podbean — the player on each episode page, and the audio itself.
Spotify — the player in the listen drawer.
Discord — asked how many people are online, for the number on the community panel.
Google Fonts — the typefaces.
Each has its own policy and we cannot speak for any of them. Block them and the
site still works. The player will not, which is fair enough.
Leaving the site
Links that leave here
Every link to Discord, Patreon, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and the rest takes
you somewhere we do not run. Once you are there, you are on their terms, not ours.
